The spreading machine is mainly composed by the body part, walking device, glue spreading table, tool system, electrical control system, pneumatic control system and glue supplying system etc..

Ⅰ. Body part: it is divided into on-line body part and the single block body part according to the structure. For online part, it is ensured according to the customers’ demands, the structure of the assecories and automatic line layout. There are two kinds of the single block body part we usually use: cantilever structure spreading machine and gantry structure spreading machine, which almost over the demands of all kinds of customers.

Ⅱ. Walking device: it is also called motion mechanism or transmission mechanism, that is the driving system people in different industries said. Usually, it regards the sevro motor as the power source, and according to the order sent by the control system it moves along the tracks set in advance to finish the changement requirements of the speed and displacement. Severo system is a closed loop or a semi-closed loop control system and the positioning precision is very high with high speed and short time to reflect and very stable. In some occasion just needs simple actions, you can also stepping motor, cylinder or some actional parts to finish.

Ⅲ. Electrical control system: it is the core part of the automatic spreading machine, it is just like a brain which can store the data of the machine tool motion trajectory track to control actuating mechanism outside. There are cantilever structure spreading machine, gantry structure spreading machine and bench-type spreading machine and all of these machines use the famous but reliable system whose quality decides the track precision, speed precision and the system operability, it also decides the stablity of the machine tool motion, at last, the results of spreading is basic guarantee for the products quality and the production efficiency.

Ⅳ. Pneumatic control system: it is a auxiliary system which mainly finish the action for fixtures and jigs fastening and releasing, for the glue valve opening and closing and to use as the air source of the Glue supply system.

Ⅴ. Glue supplying system: it is composed of material mixing device, feed cylinder, dosing pump, mixing head, electromagnetic reversing valve, pneumatic valve and cleaning device. There are common pressure bucket, heating bucket by water and bucket heated by electric resistance in our company. The mixing head has independent intellectual property rights, and it can clean itself automaticly, it is the leading domestic product.
