Technology of production of steel fire proof door adopts cold-rolled steel, cold forming. Inside of the doors needs to be filled with refractory material, in general, it adopts manual glue brushing to bond the refractory l and door. The whole process seems simple, but the actual production is time-consuming, it not only consumes glue, but also the bonding effect is not ideal and greatly increased labor costs. If we change manual glue brushing into automatically gluing by machine, not only production efficiency will be greatly improved, but also it will save nearly 30% glue, and we can adjust the output of glue and gluing speed according to the door specifications, materials and process requirements and gluing evenly. Adopting safet and environment-friendly polyurethane adhesive which can bond firmly within five minutes (both two-component or single-component are OK). The products are non-toxic, tasteless, which complies with environmental requirements.
