On early September 2012, upon proposal and discussion by GM office, led by after sale service department minister and cooperated by technology department minister and adhesive sales vice manager, they three formed a small team to visit old customers, after 5 days, they have visted 10 new and old customers, they talked about new techonology ways and new ways to serve, they solved many difficult problems proposed by customers, they helped customers rectify many irregular ways to operate the spreading machine, which have been affirmed and praised by customers.
