Some operation people of the spreading machine of parts of customers response that it is easy to occur problems of the equipments, and then they doubt about the machine. In fact, most of this situation is not the problem of machines themselves. After after-sales people arriving they just do cleaning job, and they re-amend the relevant parameters, the machine works normally.

So I think the people should have two “hearts” to keep the equipments stable work for a long time, and finanly it can spread qualified strips:

1.carefulness

operating people should be more careful, to find and handle the plugging problems of the pipes, valves and other palces to ensure pipes and each channel patency, which can greatly reduce the probability of failure.

2.Responsibilities

Equipments of many customers on-site is not at work for every day, each time to spread the workpieces,they turn on the machine to use it directly, which is one reason of causing something wrong with the machine. During the time of device shutdown, the machine is in the state of being neglected. The places needing to maintain and repair do not maintain and repair, and then they bring hidden faults for the next production. If each operator can enhance the sense of responsibility, go on with regular maintenance of equipment, which will greatly reduce the frequency of failure.

It is proposed that operator set aside 20 minutes before working hours to devoted to the clean-up, cleaning equipment, which will not only ensure the stability of the equipment and increase the life of the equipment. We hope all customers can learn it.
