High-viscosity UV glue dispensing machine consists of Beckhoff control system, 3-axis linear robot, 5-gallon bulk unloader (material feeding system) and UV cure machine. This system ensure multi-layer of UV glue is dispensing evenly on the same track of dispensing through the perfect coordination between 3-axis linear machine and high precision metering pump.
World famous branded UV lamp (appropriate wavelength to match with UV glue) is selected in the UV cure machine. UV lamp is moving in 2-axis to apply the radiation evenly on the workpiece and special drawer design to protects operator台om UV irradiation.
German Beckhoff control system is adopted with 15-inch touch-screen monitor. This control system is well known in user friendly operation, superior performance of anti-interference as well as imbedded with remote device for real time, zero-distance machine troubleshooting.
