Process principle of two-color laminating

1 Indoor and outdoor aluminum profiles are extruded respectively. They are treated at the surface and colored separately according to the different needs.

2 The equipment combines the two kinds of aluminum profiles which have finished the 1^st step to make them one.

3 Pour glue with method we do at single color aluminum profiles.

4 Place and cure.

5 Do the bridge cut-off step, and get product.
